Processing & Fulfillment
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Method
We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders.

Pickup & Warehouse Locations
We have multiple warehouse and distribution centers across the United States to help reduce shipping time and costs.
Your order will typically ship from the nearest available warehouse based on your location and product availability.
Pickup is also available by appointment. Please contact us before placing your order to confirm pickup eligibility and warehouse details.

Order Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
For freight deliveries, the carrier will contact you directly to coordinate delivery.
Receiving Your Order
Please inspect all items upon delivery.
If any damage or missing parts are found:

Take photos of the packaging and affected items.

We’ll resolve the issue promptly by replacing or refunding affected items.
Shipping Limitations
